There is a possibility in the near future I may be making my blog private. Meaning that if you want to read my blog, you would have to sign in to do so. I haven't decided for sure and wanted to throw out the idea to you all who read my blog to find out if I did this, would you want to still read me if you had to sign in to do so, or would it turn you off from reading me? I'm just thinking about it and I have a couple of reasons for contemplating this. I believe if you wanted to be able to access my blog, I would have to give you permission to do so. So, either email me or comment here if you would still be willing to read me should I go private.

Ugh.. I just created a private blog myself....I actually now have two...a public and a private. That way, everything is public except for a few things that I don't want the world to read about. I don't know your reasons, but I would imagine they are probably not too different than mine....but I'd like to keep reading your blog if you decide to make it private. The only thing is I probably wouldn't check in as often b/c my bloglines doesn't notify me of new posts on private blogs and they tend to disappear into the woodwork when I don't get pinged. *g*
I like you. I'll keep reading as long as I'm invited. :) I hope you're not having any problems with weird people making you want to go private.
It would be cool if private meant you could say more. I'd love to know the kids' real names, for example. Just because I'm nosy like that.

I have no problem with signing in if you allow me to access your private blog. I wouldn't do anything as the famous Miss *Anonymous* that I wouldn't be woman enough to own up to anyway.
Not that I have any reason to own up to anything...or anything like that... ;D

I'd keep reading... I know of another blogger who went private but posts on the public blog when she updates the private one, so that the people who use bloglines and whatever know she has a new post. I thought that was a great idea.
I'll read, too. It's important to have crazy aunts in your life. Or is it me you want to keep out? (Just kidding)
I'd still read you. I have to say though, I don't have any bloglines for anyone. I'm sure it makes blogging so much easier. I just periodically check when I have a few minutes. it is bothersome though to be so worried that you have to go private, I totally understand though. excited to see you guys soon.
Of course I'll keep visiting! Although--when you make it private--keep it simple, please! Between my short term memory and my inability to become a computer GEEK....I may find myself on the outside looking in if it gets too complicated!
